Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or change to the service scheduled.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 30% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Radiant Glow Esthetics.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No Refund will be given or exceptions made.
